You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return.

Items must be returned new, unused, in perfect condition, and with their original packaging and labels, just as they were sent.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In case of a size exchange, you must first return the product and then place a new order with the desired size on our website.

Before making the return, it is essential to contact us by email, indicating the reason. We will send you the corresponding form.

Once we receive the items and verify that they are in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method. This process may take between 5 and 10 business days.

The refund will only include the amount of the returned items; shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
